SARA (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how SARA collects, uses, and discloses your personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to our App and its associated subdomains (collectively, our “Service”) alongside our application, SARA. By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and other ways of processing of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

  1. To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Privacy Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as:

    2. Country: where SARA or the owners/founders of SARA are based, in this case, is the United Arab Emirates.

    4. Device: any connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or another device can be used to sign up and use SARA and use the services.
    5. IP address: Every device connected to the Internet is assigned a number known as an Internet protocol (IP) address. These numbers are usually assigned in geographic blocks. An IP address can often identify the location from which a device is connecting to the Internet.
    6. Personnel: refers to individuals employed by SARA or are under contract to perform a service on behalf of one of the parties.
    7. Personal Data: Any information that directly or indirectly allows identifying a personally identifiable natural person.
    8. Multimedia: any audible and visual content, e.g., Image, audio, sound, videos, records, and more in different formats.
    9. Service: refers to the service provided by SARA as described in the Terms and Conditions and on this platform.

    11. You: a person or entity with the right to sign up in SARA and use the Services.
  2. What Information Do We Collect?

  3. We collect information from you when you sign a contract with the Company, sign up, and use the App, particularly;
    1. Name, Surname / Username
    2. Phone Numbers
    3. Phone call logs
    4. SMS messages
    5. Email Addresses
    6. Postal Addresses
    7. Job Titles
    8. Age
  4. We may also collect information from devices for Your better experience, although these features are entirely optional:
    1. Granting multimedia and readable files manager access allows users to upload any multimedia file from their device files. You can safely deny multimedia and files manager access to this App.
    2. Granting access to your location to gain more personalized Service. You can safely deny location access for this App at any time.
  5. The Lawful Basis for the Processing of Your Data

  6. The processor of personal data shall be obliged to follow and ensure that the data is processed in observance of the law of the United Arab Emirates.
  7. Personal data shall be processed for legitimate and specified purposes and may not be used for secondary purposes without the data subject's consent.
  8. The processing of your data is lawful, if;
    1. the data have been processed in observance of the requirements of the legislation of UAE, and the data subject has given their/ consent, except for cases directly provided for by the legislation of UAE; or
    2. the data being processed have been obtained from publicly available sources of personal data
  9. Personal Data Confidentiality and Security Measures for Processing Personal Data

  10. Information relating to personal data that has become known to the App owner is considered confidential and is protected by law.
  11. To protect your data, the App owner provides sufficient technical and organizational measures of safeguard: in particular;
    1. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices against accidental loss, unauthorized access to information systems, unlawful use, recording, destructing, altering, blocking, copying, disseminating personal data, and other interference. We store all the personal information we receive directly from you in an encrypted and password-protected database. The database, in turn, resides within our secure network.
    2. Our personnel and other persons who have access to the processed personal data have signed a non-disclosure agreement as well as are warned of possible disciplinary, administrative, civil, and criminal liability in the event of a violation of the norms and requirements of the applicable laws relating to personal data processing.

  19. Email addresses submitted only through the order processing page will be used to send you authentication approval, information, and updates about your App usage.

  22. The App is integrated with customer relationship management systems and service providers that ensure App functionality, which represents themselves as third parties for us.
  23. We may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party apps, websites, or services ("Third-Party Services").

You acknowledge and agree that SARA shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect. SARA does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.
  25. Third-Party Services and its links are provided solely as a convenience to you, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties terms and conditions.
  26. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Services may contain links to third-party websites or apps not operated or controlled by SARA. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in such websites or apps. Such websites or apps are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Please remember that our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect when you use a link to go from the Services to a third-party website or app. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or app, including those that have a link on our platform or are integrated into our platform, is subject to that website’s or app’s own rules and policies. Such third parties may use their methods to process your data.

We may engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the App, database storage and management, and e-mail management. We will likely share your personal information, and possibly some non-personal information, with these third parties to enable them to perform these services for You and us.
  28. We may share portions of our log file data, including IP addresses, for analytics purposes with third parties such as web analytics partners and application developers. If your IP address is shared, it may be used to estimate general location and other technographics such as connection speed, whether you have opened the App on a shared site, and the type of the device used to open the app.

We may also disclose personal and non-personal information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal processes (including subpoenas) to protect our rights and interests or those of a third party, the safety of the public or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules, and regulations.

By your consent, we reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of SARA or any of its Corporate Affiliates (as defined herein), or that portion of SARA or any of its Corporate Affiliates to which the Service relates, or if we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  31. We may disclose information (including personal information) about you to our Corporate Affiliates. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Corporate Affiliate" means any person or entity which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with SARA, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any information relating to you that we provide to our Corporate Affiliates will be treated by those Corporate Affiliates by the terms of this Privacy Policy.
  32. You can cancel your participation in some email lists by clicking on the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email.
  33. Can I update or correct my information?

  34. The rights you have to request updates or corrections to the information SARA collects depend on your relationship with SARA. Personnel may update or correct your information as detailed in our Company’s internal policies or contract signed between you or your organization and our Company.
  35. Customers have the right to request the restriction of specific uses and disclosures of personally identifiable information as follows. You can contact us to (1) update or correct your personally identifiable information, (2) change your preferences concerning communications and other information you receive from us, or (3) delete the personally identifiable information maintained about you on our systems (subject to the following paragraph), by canceling your account. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect other information that we maintain or information provided to third parties by this Privacy Policy before updating, editing, changing, or deleting. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting confirmation via your email) to verify your identity before granting you profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for always maintaining the secrecy of your unique username and account information.
  36. You should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove every record of the information you have provided to us from our system. The need to back up our systems to protect information from accidental loss means that a copy of your information may exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. After receiving your request, all personal data stored in databases we actively use and other readily searchable media will be updated, corrected, changed, or deleted, as appropriate, as soon as possible and reasonably practicable.
  37. If you are an end-user and wish to update, delete, or receive any information we have about you, you may do so by contacting the organization of which you are an employee.
  38. Do We Store Your Information And How Long?

  39. Any data you provide is stored in either our Azure cloud server or your CRM system.
  40. We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide SARA to you and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. This is also the case for anyone we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information, and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can't identify you.
  41. Could my information be transferred to other countries?

  42. SARA is incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Information collected via our App, through direct interactions with you, or from our help services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information according to this policy.
  43. Governing Law and Your Consent

  44. The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern this Privacy Policy. By signing a contract, you give your consent to data processing, except for the cases directly provided for by UAE legislation.
  45. By signing a contract, using SARA, or contacting us directly, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you should not engage with our App or use our services. Continued use of the App, direct engagement with us, or following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy that do not significantly affect the use or disclosure of your personal information will mean that you accept those changes.
  46. Changes To Our Privacy Policy

  47. App owner is authorized to make changes in the Privacy Policy. You can get acquainted with the changed policy content on our App/website, which is constantly updated.
  48. In the case of making essential changes in the Privacy Policy, we will notify You. In other cases, the changes to the Privacy Policy enter into force on the date specified in the “Updated” date. After the date change, the continuous use of the Services by You will be considered consent and acceptance of its conditions.
